1. How to Return an Item
Step 1 Contact us Within 7 days of
receiving the product, Please reach out to our customer support to
initiate a return service (email sales@obd2tool.com).Please state the reason
for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order
number.
Step 2 Return Request Form After all details confirmed with sales a download link for the return
request form will be provided to you.Please download and print it out
and fill out the form put it in the return package.
Step 3 Return Address Our customer support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours. Please do not mail back to the original address.
Step 4 Return Shipping Method Recommend to use Registered Mail or EMS(ordinary Postal Mail system) to
return the parcel, and please only send the items back to the shipping
address our Customer Service provides. Please DO NOT use
DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT or other courier for shipment, due to strict custom
reason we may have chance cannot get the returned parcel with these
methods.
2. Return time Returns will be allowed only with prior authorization, and must be made within 30 days after package delivery.
3.Item conditions that allow returns Brand new Item, returns must include all accessories, Items must include original packaging Other cases are as follows: (1) When the item is defective, the item was sent in error, damaged in
transit, or otherwise defective,It can not work once you receive it. In
this case we allow returns. (2) When you buy the wrong item, the item doesn't fit, or you don't want
the item, the item you return need to be brand new. In this case, we
allow returns and exchanges.
4. Item conditions that do not allow returns If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service
for you. But you can return us the item on your cost for repair. We may
charge you fee if there is any cost for repair fee.
5. Allowed currencies We allow currency conversion to all currencies of the client's country
6. Restocking fee We do not charge for restocking fee.
7. How much shipping will you need pay for the return? (1) When the item is defective, the item was sent in error, damaged in
transit, or otherwise defective,It can not work once you receive it. You
don't have to pay for shipping. Shipping costs are borne by us. (2) When you buy the wrong item, the item doesn't fit, or you don't want
the item, you need to pay the actual shipping cost of the product. If
you want to exchange, you need to pay both shipping cost to us and
freight to you again. (3) If the item is damaged by yourself, and the product needs repair, responsible for all shipping and maintenance cost.
8. How much refund you can get? (1) Quality Issues: When the item is defective, the item was sent in error, damaged in
transit, or otherwise defective,It can not work once you receive it. We
will give you a full refund within 48 working days after we receive the
return. (2) Customer regrets: When you buy the wrong item, the item doesn't fit, or you don't want the
item, We will give you a full refund within 48 working days after we
receive the return confirmation that the product is no problem. (If
returned product was not in good condition, we may charge you
corresponding damage costs.) (3) If the item is damaged by yourself, we may charge you corresponding damage costs. (4) Transaction Issues: If you find that the transaction was not completed by you/someone you
know, please contact our Customer Service within 24 working hours to
cancel the transaction and refund the unauthorized deduction. If over 48
hours, the parcel may send out already, then we have to refund after we
get back the items. a full refund will be given to you within 48 hours
on working days. (5) Stock Issues: If product is out of stock, we will send email to check if you want to
exchange or get refund. a full refund will be given to you within 48
hours on working days. (6) Special Products/Services: Some products or services are not refundable after they have been
provided. Like software download link, software installation service and
account service etc.
9. When Can Get Refund? Refund will be initiated to you within 48 hours on working days after
the returned item received. Please also track the logistics after you
send back the parcel and contact our sales for further refund
information. After we get your item return and check the item in good
condition, we will issue you refund according to our policy within 48
working hours . All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment The refund
will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order
was made. Note: If you use
paypal balance payment Refund will be issued directly to your PayPal
account within 24 working hours. Bank Account or credic card Payments:
Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.
10. Warranty The guarantee of our most products is one year. Before shipping out, all
goods have been double checked by Our QC department. We will check for
quality, including the basic function of the hardware and software, the
appearance, the packing, the necessary accessories and power adapter
plug standard.
