When we started testing the car, the login was successful. everything seems fine. However, there have been errors in the encoding of TCM. We thought that the software version might not be compatible. So we uninstalled the old software and reinstalled with the latest software. But we have the same mistakes.
Then we thought this might be a problem with the car modules, so we tested it on a 2012 Sprinter which worked fine with no errors. and the same errors happened. I was confused. I have many customers using our software, all working fine, nobody gave any feedback or complained about this problem. He tested and sure that the C4 VCI is good working.
Then he checked the xentry and found that some databases were missing.
He called his German friend DJTOSKO. MrDJTOSKO connected and transferred some files, finally it works.
