Recently some customers are using the MB STAR C6 Xentry diagnosis TOOL to dianosr the Benz Cars, appear the following prompt:
If appear the above problem, it is the C6 VCI Manager file is damaged.
Please contact us, we will send the new C6 VCI Manager(Daimler) to you.
C6 VCI Manager(Daimler) ：
The solution is as follows:
1.Please copy the MB C6 VCI Manager(Daimler) file to your C6 computer desktop.
2.Please click the icon.
Run the C6 VCI Manager(Daimler) as following：
3.When you install the C6 VCI Manager(Daimler), your computer desktop will have a new VCI Manager like the following picture:
4.Run VCI Manager icon, and reconnect the MB STAR C6 Diagnostic tool, everything works fine
