Problem
Just get new VCI C6 original. Connected to laptop, installed (Xentry 3/2024), connected ok.
But VCI and a car can’t communicate, I get message (1.59920.1) CAL failed to read the battery voltage.
But if to choose W203 based on DAS, it shows voltage.
Is the problem in the configuration or a tool?
Solution
Because of installed drivers for Vxdiag.
I uninstall drivers Vxdiag then can connect VCI c6 without any problems.
