Function Description:
When the instrument and instrument panel also indicates that “vehicle inspection has expired, since 2000/01, the date of vehicle inspection has expired!” Please agree with the after-sales service!” As shown in figure 2, this question can be used to reset the check date for maintenance values using x-431.
Note：
1.Switch on the ignition；
2.Keep the battery voltage more than 12V;
3.Excuting when it is in a good Wifi condition,Otherwise, the diagnosis is abnormal due to poor signal.
4.Enter the diagnostic program to click on the menu – I – my friend – add buddy – request remote assistance or request to control the device;
Operation Procedure:
1.Choose BMW V49.20 above；
2.Choose special function;
3.Choose 5series;
4. Choose 5’_F10/F11/F18；
5.Choose maintainance，see pic3；
6.Select network maintenance (CBS) correction;
7.Select software reset;
8.Select legal vehicle detection, see as pic4;
9.Tip; Statutory vehicle inspection: 5/2063, re-entry maintenance value? Click “yes” as shown in figure 5;
10.Note: please enter the month of the next statutory vehicle inspection (for example, 05 refers to may) : if input 08, as shown in figure 6;
11.Tip: please enter the year of the next statutory vehicle inspection (for example, 2009, 10 corresponding to 2010, etc.) : click ok after “20”, as shown in figure 7;
12.The data stream shows that the following date of statutory vehicle detection is entered: month: 8; : 2020; Select [1] to enter the date into the vehicle as shown in figure 8;
13.Indicate “end of information test mode”, as shown in figure 9, click ok to set up the estimated maintenance value.
